Decorating is the perfect way to personalize any household item. You can embroider initials or nicknames on towels, paint plates and flower pots, you can either stencil decorative designs on your webcam. There is really no limit to what and how you can decorate except for your imagination. As for the items that most people want to stand out, means of transportation have to be somewhere on top of the list of customized items. And I don’t even mean the type of work done on TV shows where cars have powerful speakers built into their trunks, but the very purchase of a new car is a customization. By picking out the color, the seat covering, the dashboard material every buyer is making the car slightly different than others. Of course then comes a chance to change the lights, upgrade the sound system, maybe even put some decals on the hood. Bike riders can go a step further, those getting powerful mechanic horses as well as those getting single speed bikes. They can get their machines adjusted by size to their height, pick the color of the frame, and then the whole look gets a personal touch in the form of clothes and protective gear the riders wear.
Being individuals that yet like to be in a pack, we have countless ways to put personal touches on things in our surrounding.
